Part-Time Client Advocate in Trenton
Options for Her is seeking to hire a part-time Client Advocate for our Trenton location and Medical Mobile Unit. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred. Responsibilities of an Options Client Advocate include providing direct support and advocacy to clients; maintaining accurate client information and data in the client database; assisting clients with obtaining resources and referrals; offering compassionate client-care services and support; coordinating appointments and follow-up care; administering pregnancy tests and assessing client needs; providing options counseling related to parenting or possible adoption; explaining abortion risks, procedures, and potential complications; maintaining up-to-date community and referral resources for client care; attending and assisting with trainings and workshops pertaining to client care; and following up with clients while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality. Options for Her is seeking to hire a part-time Ultrasound Technician for our Trenton location and Medical Mobile Unit. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred. Responsibilities of an Options Ultrasound Technician include explaining standard ultrasound procedures and addressing client concerns to foster a sense of comfort; performing limited diagnostic sonography procedures and obtaining diagnostic images in accordance with Options for Her medical protocols in-center and on the Medical Mobile Unit; providing summary of technical findings to the reading Physician; keeping accurate client files; coordinating with other staff members regarding follow-up care; receiving signed reports from center’s Medical Director and documenting in system; administering pregnancy tests, assessing client needs, and providing options counseling related to parenting or possible adoption; explaining abortion risks, procedures and potential complications to clients; and analyzing technical information related to procedures performed, and coordinates with other staff members regarding follow-up care.
Must have an ARDMS Board Certification in OB/GYN.

Part-Time Ultrasound Tech or Registered Nurse
Options for Her is seeking a Part-Time Ultrasound Technician or Registered Nurse to serve across our Trenton, Cherry Hill, and Mobile Medical Unit locations.
In this role, you will support women by providing compassionate medical care and accurate information. Responsibilities include performing or assisting with limited obstetric ultrasounds (with ultrasound training available for RNs), completing client intake, assessing client needs, offering education on pregnancy options, administering pregnancy tests, explaining abortion risks, procedures, and potential complications to clients, and analyzing technical information related to procedures performed while coordinating with staff regarding follow-up care. Additional duties include client follow-up, implementing medical policies and procedures, and maintaining medical supplies.
Active RN license is required for Registered Nurses. For Ultrasound Technicians, ARDMS Board Certification in OB/GYN is required.

Because this position is based on our Mobile Unit, flexibility and willingness to travel with the team to different locations is required.
